I offer a free, no obligation phone call to see if we’re a good fit. It’s important to find the right therapist for you, so I’m happy to answer your questions or help to point you in the right direction. I work with adults over 18.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are £60 per session. I do have concessionary rates for students of £50, and can also offer this to those on low incomes so please get in touch to discuss.
Most sessions are once a week but I am able to work flexibly and offer sessions less frequently if needed.

I’m a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, which provides me with an Ethical Framework for how I work, and provides you with assurances that you have a governing body to turn to if you have questions or concerns about therapy.

I trained at Salford University in Counselling and Psychotherapy Level 7, and then joined the Salford Domestic Abuse Service which involves over 40 hours of training specifically in domestic abuse and trauma.
