Useful information

  • I offer a free, no obligation phone call to see if we’re a good fit. It’s important to find the right therapist for you, so I’m happy to answer your questions or help to point you in the right direction. I work with adults over 18.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long and are £65 per session. I do have concessionary rates for students of £50, and can also offer this to those on low incomes so please get in touch to discuss.

Most sessions are once a week but I am able to work flexibly and offer sessions less frequently if needed.

  • I’m a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, which provides me with an Ethical Framework for how I work, and provides you with assurances that you have a governing body to turn to if you have questions or concerns about therapy.
